A geothermal line break “is impacting the roadway” along a pretty heavily traveled portion of 6th Street in downtown Boise, according to the Ada County Highway District.
ACHD said traffic was blocked in all directions at the Eagle Road eastbound I-84 off-ramp following a rollover crash late Thursday morning.
