Moments before the Houston Texans were to attempt a field goal in the fourth quarter of their divisional round playoff game, Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Leo Chenal approached special teams coordinator Dave Toub on the sideline and told him he was going to block the kick.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ defense is formidable. Opposing quarterbacks do not want to see the Chiefs linebackers creeping up on a big down. That includes Leo Chenal. He’s in his third year with the team and is on the way to his third consecutive Super Bowl.
