The Portland Trail Blazers waived guard Taze Moore, who was on a two-way contract and signed forward Sidy Cissoko to the same deal, the franchise announced Saturday. A second-round pick in 2023, Cissoko appeared in 29 games over two seasons with the San Antonio Spurs.
